Backup/Restore Configuration

Last Updated: 21/09/2026

Overview

The Backup Configuration function exports a configuration to a backup file, this can then be imported using Restore Configuration.

The backup is compressed and encrypted with the password given during the export, and that same password is required to restore it.

⚠️ The backup password cannot be recovered. Without it the backup file cannot be restored.
